Minutes for Meeting 3rd November 2014

Minutes of last Meeting.
An Omission on the previous meeting of a Fundraising Idea was the Race Night Mice Night.
Halloween Disco:
92 Kids, turned up at the Recent Disco in the Parish Hall. A total of €273.60 was taken on the door. No money made on the shop. After Deductions a profit of €251 was made for the Association. Stephen Tobin was the winner of the Raffle prize for Wells house.
Next year a light is needed for the Shop Table, the bobbing Apples will be brought Back and the Pin the tail on the witch will be retired. The Hand in the Pasta will also be brought back next year. The time will be reduced to 1 ½ hours instead of 2. An idea of using Velcro for the Wictch is also an option for next year.
A Statement from Permanent TSB was handed over to the Treasure.
Christmas Bazzar:
Mulled Wine and Mince Pies, both alchol and No Alochalic, the BBQ heater will be needed.
Tea and Mince pie €3, Mulled Wine and Mince Pie €3. Anne Maguire and Ann Marie Keegan will be looking after this stall. It is put forward that any cakes received, should be kept hole, as a better chance of selling. 6 Dozen Mince Pies will be bought for the event.
Cup Cake Table: Mary Murphy and Jean Maher €2 or one and €5 for 3, boxes already available from last year. Cup Cake Butter Cream Icing:

Logs: Tony Mc Donnell will supply a Trailer of Logs, to guess how many logs in the Trailer. A sheet will be need for this.
Sweets in a Jar: will also be carried out.
Security for Car Park, after a break in Last year Fr. Orr requested a need for Security in the Car Park. Lar Flood was suggested, and Mary Murphy will ask him.
Music: Everyone bring CD’s for Music, Anne Maguire will bring a CD Player.
Space: is at a perineum we will look into using Lucy’s room for this. Gail Butler, has already booked a stall, with amy and Adam Goff also with a stall. Stalls are Adults:€20 and kids in the school €10
